Fully Managed Service

  • Conduct market appraisal

  • Advise on any property works needed

  • Take quality photographs of property

  • Market property on Rightmove, our own website and social media

  • Accompany tenant viewings with feedback on marketing

  • Reference tenants and draw up tenancy agreements

  • Secure deposit and provide certification

  • Arrange detailed check in and check out inventories

  • Set up of utilities into tenants names

  • Collect rent and provide monthly statements

  • Inspect quarterly and provide detailed reports to landlord and tenants

  • Arrange property repairs and maintenance at cost to landlords

  • Arrange renewal of gas safety certificate and annual servicing at cost to landlord

  • Negotiate rentals to include rent review

  • Assist with end of tenancy with check out and deposit release

  • Provide out of hours emergency contact 

  • Provide a key holder service

Set up fee £ 495 inc vat  

plus Inventory Check in and Check out costs 

(Full fee to be confirmed at Market appraisal of the property)

On going fees of 10% (inc vat) from month two for the duration of the tenancy

Self Managed Service      

          For the landlords who are happy to deal with their tenants and any issues on a daily basis.
