             We have been involved within the property management and maintenance industry since 2007, and our goal is to give the best possible property management and lettings service, whilst allowing you the landlord to achieve a good return on your investment. With inflated property prices and extra taxes put upon landlords, we feel it is time to offer a no frills, but honest approach for our services and fee structure. 

     Our service is personal unlike a that of a corporate agency. You will deal with a main contact from the start of the process to the end, who will get to know you and your property personally.

     We have strong base of quality trades people who are each respected within their industry. 

We offer three levels of service which we can tailor further to your needs.

Our Fully Managed Service is a comprehensive service perfect for the landlord who has a busy lifestyle or is possibly living abroad and who wants to ensure that their investment and tenants are in safe hands and will be well looked after.

Our Self Managed Service is suited to landlords who are happy to deal with their tenants and any issues on a day to day basis, but don't want to deal with the intricacies of the process. 

Our Find Tenant Only Service for the hands on landlord that requires a basic marketing and referencing service.

Open and honest policy with no hidden landlord or tenant fees.

With the industry being in turmoil over the possibility of stopping tenants fees, landlords cannot be sure if their current agent will be pushing the costs over to them. We do not charge tenant fees so we can guarantee  that fees agreed will not increase next year when government legislation might be passed.

A place for like minded people to exchange ideas, contacts and experiences. Somewhere you as a landlord can talk about any issues you may have, ask advice from the team or to just have a chat.
